Our pets think that our lionhead rabbit is some mutated dog or cat, so they ignore him most of the time.
About 3 years ago, this bunny started getting a gimp in his hop. Then one day, he could only drag his back legs behind him. We realized his back legs were paralyzed. We were so sad. We were sure we’d have to put the little guy to sleep. He could still get to his food and water, so we kept saying, “let’s give the little guy one more day.” Day after day, the bunny dragged himself around. Over the next couple months, he started getting better. First, just positioning to sit, then pushing off one leg over and over, then sort of walking slowly. He’s totally fine now as you can see, so we’re really glad that we didn’t put him to sleep. Hope you enjoy the video.
