Everyone has their favorite breed and considers their breed to be the best. In my experience with rabbits that I have let reproduce in natural conditions on my farm, English Spots have the best bucks, they actually babysit, English Spots have the most babies, but are not always good mothers, Tans are the best mothers, but have small litters, Mini Lops and Satins are the best overall, but have to be watched because of size problems. In cage conditions, I like English Spots for fun and pets and Satins for meat.
