I'm not a good "expert" with rabbits, but I'm guessing they're like female hamsters. Female hamsters like to compete for space and are aggresive. (I had two hamsters) Rabbits are the same. Sometimes they go back to normal after a few weeks sometimes they just stay the same. Same thing with the litter. Hamsters are in a same litter, and after a few weeks they fight and can kill each other
References :
They will fight with any other rabbit that they perceive to be in their own territory. They are fighting now because they are maturing and that is just the way of rabbits. You will have to separate them . They don't have human emotions and will never be friends as we humans think they should.

Rabbits do not have a breeding season. They are ready to reproduce any minute, any day, any month of the year.
References :
Raised rabbits for many years.

Breeding season, hormones flying. The males fight for dominance. Separate the males. The females should be okay together.
