As long as the cage is raised and protected from the weather you've got everything you need. I would suggest in the small room that you're building create an area where you can slide in cheap insulation. This way when they are cold they can head into the secluded room or if they're warm they can head outside of it. The best is to have it inside where the bunny can also feel loved. They are very communal and they do get lonely which is not healthy. Not sure if you know but they can also be potty trained quite easily. We let our bunny run around the apartment all the time. If you do this you have to make sure you bunny proof the place. Power cables and any other kinds of cables are one of their favorite things to chew up for some weird reason.
