These two OAPS, grey male and black female date back to at least summer 1999, maybe even 1998 or 1997 and they are still doing fine. They should really be on zimmer frames but good clean living and rabbit fun and frolicks has seen them through to ripe old rabbit age.

Right….. but when …
Right….. but when buying a dwarf rabbit should you be given a pedigree certificate to ensure it is truly a dwarf?

I don’t know much …
I don’t know much about this but I think you would pay a lot more. There are exhibition type rabbits which I was told by a breeder that ours are not (ears too long etc). I suppose if they are exhibition standard bred they should come certificated. After all they might win a competition and have stud value as well so their monetary value would be more. Hope this helps.

They cost £10 in 1998 or 1999. There was no certificate. I see they are sometimes sold and sometimes given away when I looked at a website. Tried to include the link but my reply did not get posted twice but the site is called pets4homes.
