New Zealand whites …
New Zealand whites are good meat rabbits. Their meat-to-bone ratio is good and their fur is decent to save and use.

It really looks …
It really looks like a Flemish Giant. I believe the best meat rabbit is a Flemish Giant mixed with a New Zealand, just always make sure that the Giant is the female. You get most of the size from the Giant and the good meat quality/ratio of the New Zealand. Giants by themselves often make good meat breeds and I have seen 25 pounders go for upwards of 6 dollars a pounds.
